Fashion Icon of the month: Chloe Grace Moretz

Ash-blond hair (sometimes dyed in a sophisticate choccolate brown, for script requirements), green eyes and all the exuberance of a teenager united with an air of a consumed diva. She's Chloe Grace Moretz, fashion icon of this month. Enfant prodige and rising star of new Hollywood movie scene, she became an icon of new horror genre, despite her young age. Only 17 years old, she can boast a resume in no way inferior to that of many other colleagues that counts collaborations with sacred monster of cinema such Martin Scorsese or Tim Burton

Following the footsteps of her brother Trevor, she stars acting when she's a very little child, getting her first important role in 2005 when she plays Chelsea Lutz in the remake of Amityville Horror, interpretation that makes her get a nomination for the Young Artist Award. In 2006 she starred in J.S. Cardone's Wicked Little Things and, in 2008, in The Eye next to Jessica Alba. In the wake of the earlier movies, in 2010, she plays the young vampire Abby in Bloody Story, the american remake of the sweden Let me in, entrusted to Matt Reeves's direction, that launches her as a new icon of horror genre. She proves her versatility playing in the comedy Diary of a Wimpy Kid and showing her athletic side in the action-movie Kick-Ass in which she plays Mindy Macready, alias Hit-Girl, a fierce little superhero with a killed attitude.
In 2011 she lends her face to Lulu, an unfortunate13 years old girl, protagonist of Hick, next to Alec Baldwin and Eddie Redmayne. Impressed by her great talent, is Martin Scorsese himself who want her to play Isabelle, the eccentric female protagonist of Hugo Cabret.

In 2012 she's among the protagonists of Dark Shadow (remake of a popular 60's american soap-opera), directed by Tim Burton, next to Johnny Depp, Michelle Pfeiffer and Eva Green. One year later she wears another time Hit-Girl's bright purple wig in Kick-Ass2 and join Julienne Moore as her scary daughter in Carrie, remake of  Brian de Palma's movie. A true talent that won the hearts of millions of fans all over the world whom elected her Favorite Movie Star Under 25 at the People's Choice Awards 2012, prefering her to Harry Potter's trio.

Despite her very young age she is a tru eexplosion of talent with a very particular and impressive style: a balanced mix of casual and formal looks (a little bit agée for her, but in tune with her personality). A fresh and clean style, maybe to excessive for a 17 years old girl. Her style is built by fashion experts, but influenced by the character of the young actress. These are the characteristics that make her win, in 2012, the Max Mara Face of the Future Award, the award that the brand gives every year to the big screen promises, and the Future Icon Award at the Elle Style Awards. Her style and her strong personality convince the brand Aeropostale to choose her as new face of s/s collection 2013 that, like someone said, will make her become <<a new reference for teenagers>>.

Despite her looks are built step by step by several designers, in every outfit is possible to see the spirit of a young reber star that makes of her an icon and a model for teenagers. To have success in cinema world determination and volition are necessary and this little actress seems to have them both united with an impressive sense of style. Off set she chooses easy outfits, with a cool rockeuse taste, characterized by skinny pants, ankle boots, flat shoes, maxi bags and leather jackets.

For social events and red carpet the little - not little - Chloe prefers short and bit flared dresses by bold colors that she combines with super high heels.

Perfect mix of glam and youth, Chloe is one of the youngest and promising style icon of the modern fashion scene, admired and imitated by millions of girls.
