Dolce e Gabbana F/W 2012-13 advertising campaign

They seem out of an old album the pictures of the new adversting campaign F/W 2012-13 of Dolce e Gabbana. Inspired by the atmospheres of Sicily after the Second World War, the photos show the typical scenarios of the island, in a glamorous and irriverent version.

Tha main characters, Monica Bellucci, Bianca Balti and Bianca Brandolini D'Adda, show all their beauty and sensuality in iconic scenes, typical of 50's Sicily, including the festivities, churches, crosses, Sicilian puppets, the boys with the classic caps, older women working crochet and clear references to classics of Italian cinema: Malena and Nuovo Cinema Paradiso by Giuseppe Tornatore.

Always in perfect harmony between modernity and traditionalism, the duo Dolce and Gabbana, gives its personal tribute to the beauty of of the island, continuing to develop the idea of elegance, sensuality and femininity typically sicilian.
