Is started last april 15th from Belgrade the new Beyoncé's word tour "The Mrs. Carter Show". An amazing show during which the singer bewitched the audience with her magnetic and energetic performances. From the songs to the coreographies, everything was brilliant. And also were the costumes, designed for her by Peter Dundas, creative director of the italian brand Emilio Pucci.
Inspired by his latest f/w 2014-14 colletion, Dundas reinterpreted her figure, imagining her as a "rock goddess", dressed up with clothes realized with materials and proportions that allows freedom of mouvment and expression, inevitable for a such performer as Beyoncé.
<<Dressing up a character like Beyoncé - said the designer - is sensational. She represents a mix of beauty, skill and pure energy. Looking at her while she was doing the rehearsal, before our fittings, was a great source of inspiration. Beyoncé is a true icon and it was a big priviledge for me and the Maison to create the clothes>>. Taking a look to the sketches, I was impressed. The clothes look so glamorous and sexy, just like Beyoncé... I can imagine her shaking and dancing "Single Ladies" with one of that outfits...
