Talking about trend for spring/summer season 2012, one that I particualry like is Bon Ton style, elegant, sober, chastened but at the same time, absolutely glamorous, sometimes pleasantly retrò.
Born between 40's and 50's, it's the style of "Good girls", so different from the 20's chat and rebel flapper girls, delicate and never vulgar, posed and elegant, made by little dresses, knee-length skirts, tigths, brogues, gloves and handbags, by pastel and basic colors like pink, beige and white, but also shades like blue or brown. Inevitable are also pins and hats, for a look studied in every details that doesn't leave nothing to chance.
Today as yesterday, bon ton style is characterized by its own allure of sober and refined elegance. Spring 2012, therefore, turns pink, giving us a romantic and sophisticated atmosphere, where silhouette become fluid and persuasive, wrapped in delicate laces and soft chiffon puffs.
Romanticism and elegance are hidden behind pearl necklaces and chastened hairstyles, to emulate the biggest icons of those years as the ethereal Audrey Hepburn, simple and feminine with a mischievous look, or the more wordly Jackie O', classy and glamorous, with a true first lady deportment.

Bon ton style has invaded, with its charm and its classy, even catwalks and it has been celebrate by brands like

Dior,
Chanel,
Ermanno Scervino,
Marc Jacobs e
Costume National.
I'ma really big fan of bon style a true passpartour, perfect for day and for night. Many celebs, in fact, choose bon ton style for their public outputs.
