The music icon of this month is the true protegonist of the latest edition of MTV's VMA, helded last august in Brooklyn, winner of the award for Video of the Year (for Mirrors), Best Direction and the prestigious Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Obviously I'm talking about the one and only Mr. Justin Timberlake.

With a huge passion and an extraordinary talent, Justin is one of the stars of the international music scene for lamost 20 years, since 1996 when in jeans, sneakers and hair (in my opinion really horrable) sang and danced as member of one of the most popular boyband of music history, the N'Sync.The boys of Orlando achieve international success thanks to hit like I want you back and This I promise you and Bye Bye Bye.

After a global success and 7 albums on top of charts, the band split and Justin took his first steps in his solo career. Even without his friends he shows really soon he has what it takes to succeed, being able to intepret the tast of youth, he releases Justified and he menages to climb quickly up the charts and achieves success thanks to the collaboration of big star of rap music like Timbaland (his producer) and Snoop Dogg with which he publishes hits like Signs that add up to other big success like Cry me a river (dedicated to his ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears), Rock your body and Senorita.

Four year have been passed since his debut as solo singer and Justin doesn't have to prove anything about his talent and his ability to win audience with his music. And when it seem that he can surprise his fans anymore, here that in 2006 he releases Love sex/Second sound. It's immediately a great success of audience and critics (it will sell overall something like 9 millions of copies) and the music video of Sexy Back shows off a new and very sexy side of Justin. To this album belongs one of my favourite song ever What goes around comes around... in which video we see him next the beautiful and sensual Scarlett Johannson who plays his cheaty girlfriend who cheats on him with his friend but at the end... 

Since that moment is a true escalation of success that launches him in the Olympus of music legends, until we arrive at 2013 year of The 20/20 experience immediately on top of Billboard Top 200 as best debut of the year from which are extracted Suit & Tie and Mirrors. 

Of course, during these last 17 years he has come a long way. After an almost endless series of awards and big success, today he's one the brightest stars of pop and r'n'b scene. But if, musically we  can just bow to his talent, we can't say the same thing about his style... how forget that hair to not mention that horrible total denim outfit matched Britney's dress... poor Justin, what don't you do for love? But, you know, the most important is learn from our own mistakes and sometimes, luckly for us, age brings common sense, and Justin is the proof. During these years we've seen his style evolving: he's turned from an aspiring b-boy to the style icon he is today. Of course, the help of special "friend" like Tom Ford and Giorgio Armani, has contributed a lot, but have to admit that, by time, the guy showed off to have taste and that he knows his stuff.

Today we see him shows off an elegant style, but not too rigorous: in fact, he doesn't dislike more sorty and casual outfits. I like his style because is very versatile: a little preppy (I think he's very sexy with the bow tie), a little bad boy, elegant and measured but never trivial. And now delight your eyes with a short slideshow of his best looks. 

With the beautiful Jessica Beil, met in 2007 and married in Italy in 2012, he makes one of the most elegant and glamoourest couple of showbusiness, always perfect in every occasion.
